Abstract
V zaključni nalogi bomo obravnavali uporabo različnih strategij in tehnoloških procesov za obdelavo površine orodja za globoki vlek, ki je bila predhodno obdelana s frezanjem. Na začetku bodo predstavljeni nekateri temeljni parametri za vrednotenje hrapavosti površin. Zatem bomo obravnavali najbolj pogosto uporabljene metode za obdelavo površin po strojni obdelavi in vrednotili možnosti za njihovo prilagoditev na numerično krmiljenje. V zadnjem delu naloge bodo predstavljeni trije koncepti rešitev za avtomatizacijo elektropolirnega postopka, da bi bil primeren za uporabo na večjih površinah.

Title:An overview of precise finishing processes
Abstract:
In the thesis we will handle the usage of different strategies and technologies of surface finishing on the deep drawing tool, previously worked with milling process. Initially, some basic parameters for surface roughness will be presented. Most common, post milling surface finishing processes will be presented and possibilities of adaption on numeric control will be evaluated. In the last part of thesis, three concept solutions to automatization of surface polishing will be presented, following the aim of use on bigger surfaces.
