Abstract
Lesena gradnja je znana po dobri toplotni izolativnosti, hitrem postopku gradnje, dobri potresni in požarni varnosti ter zdravemu bivalnemu okolju, zato zanimanje zanjo narašča. Pri tem pa je potrebno tudi upoštevati lastnosti vgrajenih materialov, ki jih proizvajalci uporabljajo. Kot stabilizacijske plošče panelnih sistemov se največkrat uporabljajo OSB in iverne plošče, zato smo se odločili za primerjavo njunih lastnosti. Določili smo debelino, gostoto in vlažnost, mehanske lastnosti (razslojna trdnost, modul elastičnosti, upogibna trdnost) in sorpcijske lastnosti (debelinski nabrek, dimenzijska stabilnost). Ugotovili smo, da je OSB plošča dimenzijsko bolj stabilna ter, da v vzdolžni smeri (smeri usmerjenosti gradnikov) dosega višji modul elastičnosti kot v svoji prečni smeri. Iverna plošča ima bistveno večjo razslojno trdnost.

Title:Analysis of panel system materials for prefabricated house production
Abstract:
Wooden construction is well known for its great thermal insulation, fast process of construction, good seismic and fire safety and healthy living environment. This is why interest for that sort of construction is rising. Important aspect of wooden construction represents the materials used, especially the ones used for load bearing purposes.. The most used panels for timber frame structure and cladding panels are OSB and particleboard, therefore we decide to compare their properties. We determined thickness, density, moisture content, mechanical properties (tensile strength, module of elasticity, bending strength) and sorption properties (thickness swelling, dimensional stability). During investigation we have determined that OSB3 has a better dimensional stability and higher bending strength and modulus of elasticity at bending in major axis (strands direction). The P5 particleboard has a significantly higher internal bond strength.
