Abstract
Tržišče skirojev se naglo povečuje, vendar ponudba lesenih skirojev, z izjemo otroških, skoraj ni prisotna. V delu je prikazan postopek snovanja nosilne konstrukcije skiroja, načrtovanja izdelave kalupa in izdelave lesene nosilne konstrukcije skiroja iz bukovega furnirja, ki je naraven material, njegova izdelava pa je manj okoljsko sporna od izdelave kovinskih in plastičnih. S programom SolidWorks smo izdelali tri različne možne oblike nosilne konstrukcije skiroja in izbrali tisto, ki je ponujala največjo inovativnost in najustreznejšo možnost izdelave. Za izbrano obliko smo zasnovali 3D kalup, generirali G kodo v programu SolidCAM in ga izdelali na CNC stroju. Inovativnost zasnovane in izdelane nosilne konstrukcije skiroja je v tehniki plastenja ustrezno orientiranih in krojenih bukovih furnirjev. Oblikovan furnir smo oblepili, ovili na zračnico, vstavili v kalup in zračnico napihnili z visokim tlakom. Izdelana nosilna konstrukcija skiroja je zadostila zastavljenim kriterijem po ustrezni trdnosti, nizki masi in videzu.

Title:Production technology of kick scooter made from thin layer wooden elements
Abstract:
The market for kick scooters is fast growing, but there is a lack of wooden models for adults, only the models for small children are offered at the moment. In thesis the designing and manufacturing process of the mould and wooden kick scooter made of beech veneer is shown. With SolidWorks program three different 3D models were designed and then the one that offered the greatest innovation and the most suitable production option was selected. First, 3D mould was made on a CNC machine where the G code in SolidCAM software was created. Innovation of the designed and manufactured scooter is in the technique of layering of well-oriented and tailored beech veneers. A butyl tube was covered with shaped veneer and then all layers were inserted in the mould and inflated with high air pressure. So designed and manufactured kick scooter has met all set criteria in terms of strength, weight and appearance.
