Abstract
3D-elementi so bili ustvarjeni in animirani v programu Blender (Blender Foundation, Nizozemska). Elementi so bili animirani na dva načina. S pomočjo samodejnih funkcij in z vstavljanjem ključnih sličic. Ko so bile animacije upodobljene, so bile v programu Adobe After Effects (Adobe, ZDA) s pomočjo že vgrajenega vtičnika Skybox (Mettle, ZDA) pretvorjene v 360-stopinjsko animacijo.

Title:Visualization of music in virtual reality
Abstract:
The diploma thesis addresses the visualization of music in a virtual environment. The main focus is the placement of 3D graphics, which are responding to music, into a virtual environment and optimization of the creation, so that it can be viewed with a head-mounted display. The main goals were to: (a) create 3D elements that visually represents the music, (b) animate the created elements so that they move accordingly to the music elements, (c) convert created animations into a 360-degree animated video, (d) prepare the animation to be viewed on a simple head-mounted display, (e) enable access of the animated video to the users. The first step was to create a concept of the story for the animation. The created environment and elements were based on the chosen music and its elements. The next step was to create some sketches for the composition of different animations. 3D elements were created and animated in a program called Blender (Blender Foundation, Netherlands). Elements were animated with a use of automatic functions and with animating keyframes. Rendered animations were then transformed into a 360-degree animated video in a program called Adobe After Effects (adobe, USA) with a help of a Skybox (Mettle, USA) plugin, which is already integrated into a program. The 360-degree animated video was uploaded on to a video platform called Vimeo (Vimeo, USA) to reach a broader audience. In the end, it was viewed with a simple cardboard head-mounted display.
