Abstract
V magistrskem delu je predstavljena primerjava dveh različnih sistemov, MCK (motorna žaga – cepilni stroj – krožna žaga) in MRCA (motorna žaga – rezalno-cepilni stroj), za proizvodnjo kratkih (25 cm) in dolgih (33 cm) polen pri dveh različnih organizacijskih oblikah dela: obliki z dodatnim delavcem (I + 1) in obliki brez njega (I + 0). Namen raziskovalne naloge je bil ugotoviti razlike v produktivnosti, proizvodnih stroških in obremenitvah delavca z ropotom. Delo in snemanje sta potekala pri obeh avtorjih doma na ravnem terenu. Pripravljena sta bila po dva kupa s hlodovino pri vsakem sistemu, ki sta si bila približno podobna po drevesni vrsti (bukev), debelinski strukturi in količini. Vsa hlodovina je bila vnaprej izmerjena in ustrezno označena. Rezultati so pokazali, da je pri sistemu MRCA 34–50 % večja produktivnost kot pri sistemu MCK. Največja produktivnost sistema MRCA je bila pri izdelavi dolgih polen. Obremenitve delavca z ropotom so bile višje pri sistemu MCK (LCpeak = 135,8 dB(C), LAeq.kor = 99,2 dB(A)) in nižje pri sistemu MRCA (LCpeak = 128,46 dB(C) ter LAeq.kor = 92,69 dB(A)). Najvišje obremenitve delavca z ropotom nastajajo pri delu z motorno in krožno žago ter rezalno-cepilnim strojem. Proizvodni stroški so bili višji pri sistemu MCK (16,0–85,6 €/prm) in nižji pri sistemu MRCA (6,5–42 €/prm). V povprečju stroški izdelave polen znašajo 10–15,1 €/prm pri sistemu MRCA in 30,4–36,8 €/prm pri sistemu MCK.

Title:The influence of mechanization level on production costs and ergonomics at firewood production
Abstract:
Master Thesis represents comparison between two different firewood production chains MCK (chainsaw - splitter- circular saw) and MRCA (chainsaw - cut-split processor) for production of short (25 cm) and long (33 cm) firewood in two organizational forms of work – with extra worker (I + 1) and without one (I + 0). Our objective was to find out differences between systems in productivity level, noise exposure of worker and production cost of work. The recordings took place at home ground locations. We prepared by quantity and diameter structure two similar piles of timber (Fagus Sylvatica L.), which were measured and marked in advance. We found out 34 – 50 % higher production rate by MRCA system than in MCK system, also the production was higher while producing longer firewood. The noise exposure level was higher at MCK system (LCpeak = 135,8 dB(C), LAeq.kor =99,2 dB(A)) and lower at MRCA system (LCpeak = 128,46 dB(C) ter LAeq.kor = 92,69 dB(A)). The worker is most burdened while working with chainsaw, circular saw and cut-split processor. The production cost of work was higher while operating with MCK system (16,0-85,6 €/volume meter), on the other hand MRCA system had lower production cost (6,5-42 €/volume meter). Average firewood production cost, working with MRCA system, was between 10 and 15,1 €/volume meter and between 30,4 and 36,8 €/volume meter while working on MCK system.
