Abstract

Title:Visualization of data on prescription drugs consumption
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis was to create an interactive data visualisation of pre- scription medicine. We used data that was provided by the National Insti- tute of Public Health. The structure of provided data was divided in several groups and levels. One of the first steps of creating our application was to research already made similar visualisations. There were almost no similar visualisations based on prescription medicine. We implemented 3 different visualisations. All visualisations were interactive, which enabled easier data research. Each visualisation shows data from a different angle. All visualisa- tions were implemented into a web application.
