Abstract
Pri razvoju zračne vzmeti na podlagi podatkov obstoječe zračne vzmeti s trga nam pogosto manjka mnogo informacij, ki so za razvoj pomembne. Pogosto je takšen razvoj drag, ker je vključenega veliko poizkušanja in ugibanja, kakšna je konstrukcija gumenega meha, ki nam ustreza. Prikazali smo, na kakšen način lahko uporabimo obstoječe komponente in orodja v proizvodnji in kako zmanjšamo število poizkusov z izračuni. Dobljene analitične rezultate za novo razvito zračno vzmet smo primerjali z dejanskimi meritvami in nato naredili primerjavo še z meritvami obstoječe zračne vzmeti s trga.

Title:Development of an equivalent air spring using existing components and tools from production
Abstract:
We often do not have enough of important information when we are developing air spring based only on data from the existing air spring from the market. Such type of development is often expensive because a lot of experimentations and speculations are involved when we are defining the construction of the rubber bellows that suits our needs. We have shown how existing components and production tools can be used, and how to reduce the number of attempts with calculations. The analitical results obtained for the newly developed air spring were compared with the actual measurements and then also compared with the measurements of the existing air spring from the market.
