Abstract
Izvedene so bile meritve industrijske UHF RFID značke SHORTDIPOLE, Impinj Monza 5 in UHF RFID značke z natisnjeno anteno.

Title:Comparison of RFID UHF tag with a printed antenna and a commercial UHF tag
Abstract:
The diploma paper examines the field of the passive elements of electrical circuits, and more specifically prints the UHF RFID antenna. We meet with technology in many industries; in logistics, product tracking and inventory checking. The introductory part defines RFID technology and printed electronics, which aims to replace expensive processes for the production of electronic components. The goal of the thesis was to determine whether the printed UHF RFID tag behaves in the same way as an industrial RFID tag under the same conditions. The theoretical part describes an overview of RFID technology with emphasis on the frequencies used for reading RFID tags, as well as the printing area, more precisely screen printing using conductive colors. In the experimental part, an UHF RFID tag was made using a functional conductive color, a conductive adhesive and a silk screening technique. Measurements of the industrial UHF RFID tag SHORTDIPOLE, Impinj Monza 5 and UHF RFID tags were carried out with a printed antenna. The distance at which the reader first detected the tags was measured. In the next step, an analysis and comparison of measurements was carried out, where industrial tags have been shown to have a better response than tags that include a printed antenna.
