Zaključno delo obravnava trdnostni preračun vakuumske transportne posode, ki se uporablja v farmacevtski industriji kot intralogistični vmesni člen med dvema obratovalnima mestoma. Na začetku so predstavljene teoretične osnove tlačnih posod ter teoretično ozadje trdnostnega preračuna. V nadaljevanju je izvedeno vrednotenje kritičnih delov obstoječe transportne posode z notranjim podtlakom do vrednosti 0,1 MPa. Vrednotenje je izvedeno v skladu z veljavnim slovenskim standardom SIST EN 13445.

Abstract

This final thesis includes strength and stress analysis of vacuum transport vessel, which is used in pharmaceutical industry as an intralogistics link between two work stations. In the beginning of this document, theoretical bases for pressure vessels and the theoretical background of strength and stress analysis are presented. After that the evaluation of critical components of an existing transport vessel loaded with internal under pressure of 0,1 MPa is shown. Evaluation is carried out in accordance with the valid Slovenian standard SIST EN 13445.
