Abstract
Z napredovanjem v športu, športni tehniki in doseganju boljše telesne pripravljenosti, se je pomen gibljivosti v športu zelo povečal. V karateju se gibljivosti pripisuje velik pomen – povečanja amplitud gibov, doseganja večje razdalje in zmanjševanja poškodb pri hitrih gibih v največji amplitudi raztega. Zanimalo nas je, ali lahko in v kolikšni meri vplivamo na razvoj te gibalne sposobnosti. Pod vodstvom in s pomočjo literature smo sestavili 12 tedenski program razvoja specialne gibljivosti za karateiste. Program za gibljivost se je izvajal na rednih treningih po splošnem ogrevanju. V raziskavi je sodelovalo 10 preizkušancev, od tega 5 karateistov in 5 karateistk, vaje so se izvajale trikrat tedensko, pri čemer smo uporabili statično metodo raztezanja, saj je ta za vadeče najenostavnejša in razumljiva. Pred začetkom izvajanja programa smo opravili teste gibljivosti, prav tako tudi po 12. tednu, ko smo preverili končno stanje gibljivosti. Testi so bili: zvinek s palico, predklon na klopci, predklon raznožno sede, »špaga« čelno in zaročenje. Rezultati so se statistično značilno izboljšali pri treh od petih testov, pri predklon na klopci, predklon raznožno sede in pri testu »špaga« čelno. Vrednosti pri testih zaročenje in zvinek s palico se niso pokazale statistično značilne razlike med začetnim in končnim stanjem. Največji napredek se je pokazal pri testu »špaga« čelno. Program se je izkazal kot dobro zasnovan in načrtovan, saj se je gibljivost v povprečju povečala pri vseh petih testih, zato je program primeren za razvoj gibljivosti pri karateistih.

Title:PROGRAMME FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIAL MOBILITY FOR KARATE
Abstract:
With the progression in the sport, the sport technicians and the achievement of better fitness, the importance of mobility in the sport very increased. In karate the mobility attaches great importance - the increase in the amplitud of motions, achieving a greater distance and reducing injuries in quick movements to the maximum amplitude. We were interested in, or can be, and to what extent influence on the development of these locomotor skills. Under the guidance and with the help of literature we have created a 12 week programme for the development of special mobility for karate students. The programme for joint mobility has been implemented in the regular training after the general warm-up sesion. In the study participated 10 karate students, of which 5 boys and 5 girls, exercises were implemented three times a week, where we used the static method of stretching, as it is for students the simplest and easiest to understand. Prior to the implementation of the program we performed tests of range of motion, and also after 12 weeks, when we have measured end-state mobility. The tests were: : zvinek s palico , predklon na klopci, predklon raznožno sede, »špaga« čelno in zaročenje. Results were statistically significant improved in three of the five tests, in predklon na klopci, predklon raznožno sede and »špaga« čelno, in tests zaročenje and zvinek z palico, they showed no statistically characteristic differences between the initial and final state. The greatest progress was demonstrated in the test "špaga" butt. The program has been proved as a well designed and planned, as is the wearer, on average, increased in all five tests, so the program is suitable for the development of mobility in karate.
