Abstract
V diplomskem delu sem obravnavala področje razvoja zaposlenih. Razdelila sem ga na dva dela: na teoretični in raziskovalni del. V teoretičnem delu so predstavljene opredelitve, pomen in cilji ter opisani pristopi k razvoju (formalna izobrazba, delovne izkušnje, medsebojni odnosi in ocenitev sposobnosti) in dejavnosti razvoja zaposlenih (učenje, izobraževanje, usposabljanje in osebni razvoj zaposlenih). V raziskovalnem delu pa je izvedena raziskava med zaposlenimi v obravnavani organizaciji. Namen diplomskega dela je bil izdelati analizo razvoja zaposlenih v obravnavani organizaciji. Ker je diplomsko delo vsebovalo teoretični in empirični del, je uporabljenih več raziskovalnih metod. V teoretičnem delu so uporabljene metoda klasifikacije, komparativna metoda, metoda deskripcije in kompilacije, s katerimi so opisane teoretične osnove o razvoju zaposlenih. V empiričnem delu pa je uporabljena metoda anketiranja. Stanje razvoja zaposlenih se je preverjalo s kvantitativno anketno raziskavo. Obdelava podatkov je potekala s programom Microsoft Excel. Predstavitev rezultatov je tako prikazana tabelarično in grafično, pri ocenjevalnih lestvicah pa sta izračunana aritmetična sredina in standardni odklon. Na podlagi raziskave ugotavljam, da je področje razvoja zaposlenih v obravnavani organizaciji urejeno in da so zaposleni zadovoljni z njim. Vendar pa si nekateri želijo izboljšave pri vseh pristopih razvoja zaposlenih. Izboljšav si želijo tudi na področju osebnega razvoja, usposabljanja, izobraževanja in učenja. Zato organizaciji predlagam, da še dodatno izboljša področje razvoja zaposlenih.

Title:DEVELOPMENT OF EMPLOYEES IN THE CURRENT ORGANIZATION
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the field of employee development. The thesis was divided into two parts: theoretical and research work. The theoretical part presents definitions, meanings and goals, and describes approaches to development (formal education, work experience, mutual relations and assessment of skills) and employee development activities (learning, education, training and personal development of employees). In the research part, a survey was carried out among the employees in the organization. The purpose of the thesis was to prepare an analysis of the development of employees in the organization. Since the diploma thesis contained the theoretical and empirical part, several research methods were used. In the theoretical part, the classification method, the comparative method, the method of description and compilation were used, which describe the theoretical basis for employee development. In the empirical part, the survey method was used. The state of employee development was checked by a quantitative survey. Data processing was done using Microsoft Excel. The presentation of the results is thus presented in a tabular and graphical way, with the arithmetic mean and the standard deviation for the evaluation scales. Based on the research, I find that the field of employee development in the organization is regulated and that the employees are satisfied with it. However, some people want improvements in all development approaches of employees. They also want improvements in personal development, training, education and learning. Therefore, I propose to the organization to further improve the field of employee development.
