Abstract
Magistrsko delo obravnava problematiko velikosti zračne reže kolesnega elektromotorja kot posledice zahtevanih izdelovalnih dimenzijskih in geometrijskih toleranc. Velikost je navzgor omejena z elektromagnetnim izkoristkom motorja, navzdol pa z deformacijami in raztezki zaradi termomehanskih obremenitev in pospeškov med vožnjo. Na podlagi tehnične dokumentacije je izvedena tolerančna analiza po metodi najneugodnejšega stanja in z uporabo statističnih metod. V tolerančni analizi so upoštevane deformacije zaradi tesnih ujemov. Izračunane vrednosti so primerjane z izmerjenimi vrednostmi, ki so vrednotene z metodami statističnega nadzora procesov. Ugotovljeno je bilo, da se izračunane in izmerjene vrednosti ujemajo, vendar pa izdelovalni procesi komponent in podsestavov še niso pod zadovoljivim nadzorom.

Title:Tolerance analysis of the air gap in the in-wheel electric motor
Abstract:
The Master's thesis deals with the problem of size of air gap in in-wheel motor induced mainly by dimensional and geometrical production tolerances. The size is upwards limited with electromagnetic efficiency of the motor and downwards with deformations and elongations due to thermomechanical loads and accelerations during driving. Based on technical drawings, a tolerance analysis is carried out using worst-case method and statistical methods. Due to interference fits, tolerance analysis also takes into account deformations. The calculated values are compared with measured values, which are evaluated using methods of statistical process control. It has been identified that the calculated and measured values match, but the manufacturing processes of components and sub-assemblies are not yet under satisfactory control.
