Abstract
V zaključni nalogi je obravnavana konstrukcija stropnega dvigala za prenos krme. Stropno dvigalo pripomore k modernizaciji in povečanju učinkovitosti procesa transporta sena pred, med in po sušenju v seniku in tako poveča produktivnost kmetijskega gospodarstva. Od obstoječih dvigal na trgu se razlikuje po načinu pogona, velikosti in nosilnosti. Naloga zajema predstavitev koncepta rešitve konstrukcije, določitev obratovalnih pogojev in vrednotenje konstrukcije po standardu za dvigala FEM 1.001. Zajeta je tudi trdnostna analiza koncepta rešitve, optimizacija konstrukcije in trdnostna analiza končne verzije konstrukcije po optimizaciji.

Title:Structural analysis and optimisation of an overhead hay crane
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the construction of a hay crane. The hay crane contributes to the modernisation and improves efficiency of the hay transport process before, during and after the hay is drying in the hay barn and helps to increase productivity in an agriculturally orientated economy. Its drive system, size and load capacity differentiate it from existing cranes on the market. The thesis presents the concept of the construction, operating conditions and construction evaluation according to the FEM 1.001 rules for design of cranes and hoisting appliances. It also contains the structural analysis of the concept, construction optimisation and structural analysis of the final version after optimisation.
