Abstract
V splošnem je industrija vedno bolj zahtevna. Izdelkom se dodajajo nove funkcije, konkurenca se veča, dovoljeni stroški razvoja pa se nižajo. Pojavlja se potreba po ustrezni organizaciji, ki omogoča razvoj izdelka po metodologiji projektnega vodenja, razširjenega z elementi sočasnega inženiringa. S pomočjo metode gručenja smo določili skupine komponent avtomobilskega žarometa in aktivnosti, ki se izvajajo v zankah, ter tako oblikovane time primerjali s projektnimi timi oblikovanimi po metodi faktorja intenzitete odgovornosti projektnih timov.

Title:Concurrent product and processes realization using cluster method
Abstract:
In general industry is getting more complex. New functions are being added to products, competition is on the rise and permitted costs for development are reducing. There is a need for an appropriate organization environment that enables development of a product according to project management methodology, extended with elements of concurrent engineering. Using cluster method, we determined product component groups and activities. We then compared project teams designed in this way with project teams designed according to the intensity method of project team responsibilities.
