Abstract
Diplomska naloga sega v področje odrezavanja. Ključno vlogo pri odrezavanju imajo hladilna mazalna sredstva, katerih vzdrževanje se v industriji pogosto zanemarja in ne dosledno preverja njihove kakovosti. V diplomski nalogi je kratek pregled osnovnega vzdrževanja hladilno mazalnih sredstev. Z željo po doslednejšem preverjanju kvalitete emulzije smo razvili prototip sistema za sprotno spremljanje koncentracije emulzije pri obdelovalnih strojih. Prototip deluje na principu strojnega vida, ki je izveden z mikrokrmilnikom in kamero, ki zajema slike skale analognega refraktometra in nam tako prikazuje odstotek koncentracije emulzije, katerega spremljamo na zaslonu. Sistem smo testirali v laboratorijskem okolju in ugotovili, da so meritve določenih koncentracij emulzij ponovljive in da sistem zanesljivo deluje.

Title:A system for monitoring of the emulsion concentration in machine tools
Abstract:
The thesis is about the field of cutting. The key role at cutting is played by the cooling grease assets, which are often neglected in terms of maintenance in any industry. The quality of cooling grease assets is also not tested consistently. There is a short overview of basic maintenance of the cooling grease assets. Wishing for more consistent testing of the quality of the emulsion we have developed the prototype of the system for regular checking of the emulsion’s concentrate in processing machines. The prototype works on the principle of the machine’s vision which is achieved through the microcontroller and the camera which takes photos on the analog refractometer scale; the percentage of the emulsion’s concentrate is shown on the screen. The system was tested at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. The results showed that the measurements of specific emulsions’ concentrats are repeatable and that the system definitely works.
