Abstract
Zaradi povečanega povpraševanja na tržišču in posledično zahteve po bolj učinkoviti montaži nosilca avtomešalca je v diplomski nalogi predstavljen razvoj novega montažnega procesa za avtomatiziran montažni proces, ki vključuje tudi razvoj nove namenske strežne priprave. V nalogi je najprej predstavljeno obstoječe ročno montažno mesto za montažo nosilca avtomešalca, ki pa ni primerno za proces avtomatizirane montaže z robotom. Nadalje je predstavljen načrt nove postavitve avtomatiziranega montažnega procesa z robotsko celico, za katerega smo določili logistiko poteka dela. V tem segmentu je prikazana nova struktura montažnega procesa, ki je prilagojena za avtomatizirano montažo. S pomočjo morfološke matrike smo izdelali več konceptov, jih podrobneje opisali, ovrednotili in izbrali najustreznejši koncept za avtomatizirani montažni proces. Za izbrani koncept oziroma namensko strežno vpenjalno pripravo smo izdelali 3D modele in vso potrebno tehnično dokumentacijo. Za izbrani koncept montažnega procesa in vpenjalne strežne naprave smo izdelali strukturo izdelka in strukturo montažne operacije. S pomočjo simulacije smo izvedli časovno analizo montaže izdelka, ki vključuje tudi validacijo funkcionalnosti namenske strežne priprave nameščene na robotskem pozicionerju v robotski celici.

Title:Assembly process of carmixer rear support block with the help of JIG
Abstract:
Due to constant growth of customer demand for concrete mixers and consequent need for more efficiency in the car mixer assembly process this thesis discusses development of a new automated sequence of the assembly process, which includes designing a specialised jig for clamping the rear support block during assembly process. First the current manual assembly facilities are described, which are not suitable for automated robotic assembly process. In the next chapter we present the plans for the new automated assembly process in a robotic cell, for which the workflow logistics is determined. In this chapter we also describe the new structure of the assembly process, adapted to automated assembly. With the help of morphological matrix, we created, described and evaluated several concepts, among which we finally chose the most suitable concept for automated assembly process. After that we made 3D models and all the necessary technical documentation for the chosen jig concept, followed by the structure of both the product and the assembly operation. With the help of simulation, we performed a time analysis of the newly developed assembly process, including functionality validation of the specialised jig, set on the robotic positioner in the robotic cell.
