Abstract
Pametni LED trakovi ponujajo možnost upravljanja vsake posamezne diode in tako omogočajo ustvarjanje najrazličnejših barvnih animacij in vzorcev. Njihovo krmiljenje je omejeno na nizkonivojsko programiranje posameznih diod ali na uporabo namenske programske in strojne opreme, ki je namenjena profesionalni rabi. V okviru diplomske naloge smo razvili spletno aplikacijo, ki uporabnikom pomaga ustvarjati enostavne animacije za LED trakove preko enostavnega uporabniškega vmesnika. Rezultati študije uporabniške izkušnje kažejo, da je bila razvita aplikacija uporabnikom zanimiva in preprosta za uporabo.

Title:User-friendly control of smart LED strips
Abstract:
Smart LED strips offer the ability to control each individual diode and can be used to create many different color animations and patterns. The controlling of these strips is currently limited to low-level programming of individual diodes or proprietary software and hardware, which is meant for professional use. Our goal was to create a web application that would allow users to create simple animations for smart LED strips, by using a simple user interface. The results of our usability study show that users found our application useful and simple to use.
