Abstract
V diplomski nalogi je opisan razvoj sistema za avtomatsko delovanje kemijskega reaktorja in sistema za njegovo čiščenje. Zaradi obsežnosti je naloga razdeljena na več delov, ki si kronološko sledijo, kakor je potekal razvoj. Pri vsakem od omenjenih sistemov sta predstavljena princip in namen uporabe. Prikazani in opisani sta konceptualni shemi, ob pomoči katerih je predstavljeno delovanje posameznih delov sistemov. Upravljanje preko grafičnega vmesnika je razdeljeno na ročni in avtomatski način. Delovanje posameznih načinov je predstavljeno s pomočjo slik zaslonov, ob katerih je opisano upravljanje s sistemom. Ob posameznih opisih je dodan tudi način zaščite operaterja pred očitnimi človeškimi napakami. Pri opisu električne sheme sta predstavljena delovanje in vezava pomembnejših elementov. Največji poudarek je na tistih, ki povečujejo varnost sistema. Prikazan je tudi način izmenjave signalov med sistemoma. V zadnjem delu sledi preizkus sistemov, med katerim smo najprej pregledali pravilno delovanje osnovnih elementov, nato pa tudi pravilno delovanje programske kode na krmilniku. Predstavljene so tudi možne izboljšave, ki bi zagotovile zanesljivejše delovanje.

Title:AUTOMATION OF A CHEMICAL REACTOR AND OF THE SYSTEM FOR ITS CLEANING
Abstract:
This thesis describes the development of a system for automatic operation of a chemical reactor and its cleaning system. Due to its extensiveness, the work is divided into several parts chronologically following the course of development. For each of these systems the principle and the purpose of use are presented. The conceptual schemes included in the thesis help present the operation of individual parts of the system. Management via a graphical interface is divided into manual and automatic mode. The operation of individual modes is presented through screenshots accompanied by descriptions on how to manage the system. With individual descriptions a method of protecting the operator against obvious human errors is also added. The description of the electrical scheme presents the operation and connection of the most important elements. The greatest emphasis is put on the elements that increase system security. The way of exchanging signals between systems is also shown. The final part features a system test, during which we first checked the correct functioning of the basic elements and then the controllers programming code. Possible improvements are also presented to ensure a more reliable operation.
