Abstract
Farmacevtska podjetja posvečajo veliko pozornost čistoči prostorov, v katerih razvijajo in izdelujejo svoje produkte. Podjetje Sensum, d.o.o., Ljubljana izdeluje naprave za pregledovanje farmacevtskih produktov (tablet, kapsul, …) s strojnim vidom. Zaradi zagotavljanja čim bolj ponovljivih delovnih pogojev naprav so se odločili za izdelavo tako imenovane čiste sobe. Glavna zahteva pri njeni izdelavi je bila doseganje in vzdrževanje želenega nadtlaka v njej. S tem dosežemo, da se ob odprtju vrat tlak v sobi avtomatsko izenači s tlakom zunaj prostora, kar tudi odpihne prašne delce iz njene notranjosti. Regulacija nadtlaka v prostoru in še nekaj drugih uporabnih funkcij krmili razvojna plošča Arduino Uno z uporabo ustreznih senzorjev. Nadtlak generira ventilator, ki zajema zrak iz hodnika in ga preko filtrov dovaja v prostor. Notranjost čiste sobe in njeno pohištvo sta izdelana iz materialov, ki so vodoodporni, zato je prostor možno v celoti čistiti z vodo. Ob vstopu v prostor je poseben predpražnik, na katerega se prilepijo smeti s podplatov. Med vrati na dnu je klada, katera onemogoči smetem s tal vstop v prostor, če so vrata dalj časa odprta.

Title:Control of an air pressure in the clean room Sensum
Abstract:
Pharmaceutical companies emphasize the importance of cleanliness of facilities where they develop and manufacture their products. Sensum, Ltd., Ljubljana develops devices for examination of pharmaceutical products (pills, capsules...) with computer vision. The decision to make a clean room was accepted in ambition to ensure the most reproducible working conditions of the devices. The main requirement at manufacture of the clean room was to attain and maintain overpressure inside it. Because of that it is achieved that the pressure in the room is automatically equalized to the pressure outside the room in the moment when someone opens the door. As a result, dust particles in the air are blown out of the room. The overpressure control in the room and some other useful functions are controlled by the Arduino Uno development board and a few sensors. The overpressure is generated by a fan. It captures fresh air from the outside of the room and inputs it through filters directly to the clean room. The interior of the clean room and its furniture are made with waterproof materials. As a consequence, the whole space can be cleaned with water. In the front of the door there is a sticky doormat on which the garbage can be stick. At the bottom under the door there is a blocking plate which prevents garbage to go inside.
