Abstract
V delu je predstavljen problem optimizacije nabrizgavanja tesnilnega spoja. Namen je bil nadomestiti penaste samolepilne profile na okvirjih iz aluminija s sodobnejšim tesnilom, ki se direktno preko brizgalne naprave nanaša na okvirje industrijskih panelov. Določiti je bilo potrebno optimalne dimenzije utorov na okvirjih, optimalne parametre na brizgalni napravi, hkrati pa zagotoviti, da tesnilni spoj ustreza standardom s poudarkom na vodotesnosti. V diplomski nalogi smo primerjali proces izsekavanja tesnila iz penastega samolepilnega profila A in proces nabrizgavanja tesnila B direktno po konturi utora glede na količino izmeta, poleg tega pa smo ju kritično ocenili in primerjali tudi s časovnega in ekonomskega vidika. V delu je predstavljen nov tesnilni material in njegove osnovne prvine, proces nabrizgavanja, postopki merjenja in končni rezultati ter ekonomski vpliv na podjetje.

Title:Optimisation of molding technology for sealing joint
Abstract:
In this work is presented optimisation of molding technology for sealing join. We wanted to replace foamy self-adhesive profiles on aluminium frames with newkind of seal, that can be directly molded on the frames. We needed to define optimal shape of slots on frames, optimal parameters on the molding machine and at the same time, this sealing joint had to meet standards of waterproof. In this work we compared the process we use now, when we carve foamy self-adhesive profile in the shape we need, with new technology and new material that we mold directly on the frames. We compared them based on the amount of waste and time. We also looked at them from the economic side of view. Through this work we represented a little about new material and his basic elements, molding process, how we got the resoults and how the resoults impacted the company from econimic view.
