Abstract
V magistrski nalogi je bila preverjena vzdržnost prebijalnih pestičev pri finem prebijanju lukenj na odkovanih kosih. S spreminjanjem nastavite hitrosti na stiskalnici, smo raziskali vpliv hitrosti na vzdržnost prebijalnih pestičev v realnem proizvodnem procesu. Postopek finega prebijanja je bil raziskan tudi z računalniškimi simulacijami. Hitrost je občutno vplivala na vzdržnost prebijalnih pestičev. S spreminjanjem hitrosti na stiskalnici je bilo možno izboljšati vzdržnosti prebijalnih pestičev in zmanjšati število njihovih potrebnih zamenjav.

Title:
Effect of piercing speed on the durability of piercing punches
Abstract:
In this master's thesis we have investigated the effect of punching speed on the durability of piercing punches. Fine piercing process was applied to forged parts. With changing the speed setting of the press we observed the impact it had on the process of fine piercing in real production environment. In addition computer simulations were done as a part of the investigation of piercing process. Through the research we concluded that speed has a significant impact on durability of piercing punches therefore optimizing the speed of the press can increase their durability resulting in longer lifespan of piercing punches.
