Abstract
V diplomskem delu smo obravnavali spajanje jeklene cevi s cevno steno s pomočjo valjanja. Poskušali smo ugotoviti katera cevna stena je primernejša za zanesljivejši spoj. Izbrali smo tri različne izvedbe lukenj cevnih sten (luknja brez utorov, luknja z enim utorom in luknja z dvema utoroma), pri čemer so bile cevne stene obremenjene pod enakimi pogoji. V analizi rezultatov smo izvedbe cevnih sten primerjali med seboj na podlagi različnih kriterijev (radialna napetost, plastična deformacija in tanjšanje debeline cevi). Ugotovili smo, da pri enakem pomiku valjčka, cevna stena z luknjo z dvema utoroma boljše porazdeli napetosti in se deformira na mestih, kjer je to potrebno. Sama notranjost cevne stene ostaja v območju elastičnih deformacij brez izrazitih zaostalih napetosti.

Title:Mechanical analysis of a combining steel tube to tube sheet
Abstract:
In the diploma thesis we worked on the connection the steel pipe with the steel pipe sheet by rolling. We tried to determine which pipe sheet is more suitable for a more reliable connection. We selected three different types of holes of tube sheet (holes without grooves, hole with one groove and a hole with two grooves), where the tube sheet were loaded under the same conditions. In the analysis of the results, we compare the performances of the tube sheets with each other, based on different criteria (radial stress, plastic deformation and thinning of the thickness of the pipe). We have found, that when the roller moves equally, the pipe sheet with a hole with two grooves better distributes the stress and deforms in places where it is necessary. The inside of the pipe sheet remains in the area of elastic deformations without any residual stress.
