Priprava na zakon in pogled papeža Frančiška

Glavni namen diplomske naloge je predstaviti pripravo na zakon in vanjo vključiti pogled papeža Frančiška. V današnjem času je priprava na zakon zelo pomembna, saj pomaga paru na poti ene izmed njunih največjih odločitev. V prvem delu je predstavljen pravni vidik priprave na zakon ter opisano, kako na zakon in na pripravno gleda Katekizem Katoliške Cerkve in nekateri drugi priročniki. Priprava na zakon vodi par k večji in polnejši ljubezni v Kristusu. Drugi del diplomskega dela se posveča pripravi na zakon, kot jo izpostavlja papež Frančišek, ki poudarja, da je ta zelo pomembna za spoznavanje vere in mora voditi k polnejši ljubezni in spoznanju. V preteklosti se pripravi na zakon ni posvečalo dovolj velike pozornosti, vendar pa se to v zadnjih časih spreminja, saj se je ta izkazala, kot dober korak v zakon. Z vzpodbudami papeža Frančiška ta tudi vstopa v vedno večjo veljavo in je sedaj skoraj nepogrešljiv del za sklenitev zakona.

• Title: Preparation for Marriage and the View of Pope Francis

Abstract

The main purpose of this paper is to present preparation for marriage and include the view of Pope Francis on this matter. In our days the preparation for marriage is very important because it helps the couple on the journey of their biggest decisions. In the first part we present the legal view of marriage preparation and the view of Catechism of the Catholic Church and of other handbooks on the marriage and the preparation for it. Marriage preparation guides the couple to bigger and fuller love in Christ. The second part of this paper is about marriage preparation and the view of Pope Francis, who said that the preparation is very important for knowing religion and has to lead to fuller love and recognition. In the past the marriage preparation did not have so much attention but lately this is changing because it has been shown that marriage preparation is a good step for marriage. With the encouragements of Pope Francis the marriage preparation is becoming more valid and it is almost indispensable part for the conclusion of the marriage.
