Abstract
Magistrska naloga je razdeljena na teoretični in praktični del. V teoretičnem delu je najprej predstavljena metodologija projektnega vodenja. Zajema načrtovanje, organiziranje, izvajanje in kontroliranje projektov, spremembo organizacije podjetja ter uvedbo projektne pisarne in projektnega informacijskega sistema. V nadaljevanju teoretičnega dela je predstavljena metodologija prenove poslovnih procesov, ki predstavljajo osnovo za potrebne organizacijske spremembe v podjetju zaradi vpeljave projektnega vodenja. V praktičnem delu je najprej analiziran obstoječi potek izvajanja projektov v podjetju, ki se ukvarja z visokotehnološko gradnjo avtomatiziranih montažnih strojev in linij. Nato so podane rešitve za prenove projektnih procesov, ki se osredotočajo na spremembe v fazi pridobitve naročil in fazi planiranja. Poudarek je tudi na identifikaciji in obvladovanju tveganj. Sledi predlog za uvedbo prenovljenega informacijskega sistema, ki vključuje tudi podporo projektnemu vodenju. Na koncu so opisani še rezultati uvedbe in prispevek k spremembam v podjetju.

Title:
Reengineering of a company project information system
Abstract:
This master's thesis is distributed on theoretical and practical part. In theoretical part project management methodology is presented first. It includes planning, organizing, executing and controlling of the project. Implementation of project management methodology in a company requires organizational and informational changes. Project management office and project management information system have to be established. In the sequel of theoretical part, renovation methodology of business processes is presented. It represents the basics for the necessary organizational changes in the company due to the introduction of project management. In the practical part of this master's thesis, the existing course of projects in the company is presented first. The company develops and produces high-tech solutions for automated assembly processes for its business partners. For the purpose of the company, solutions are provided for renovation of project processes. Focus is made on changes in the stage of acquisition and planning stage. There is much emphasis also on anticipating and managing risks. The proposal for the introduction of renovated project information system is followed. Finally, the results of the introduction and the contribution of the master's thesis for the company are described.
