Abstract
Magistrska naloga obravnava faze razvoja pogona za roletne sisteme, ki omogoča avtomatsko manipuliranje. Uvod predstavlja ozadje problema, aplikacijo pogona, tehnični proces, opis pogona in glavnih sestavnih delov za boljše razumevanje delovanja izdelka. Na podlagi konstrukcijskega zahtevnika in morfološke matrike so kreirani različni koncepti pogona. S pomočjo metode AHP, tehničnega in ekonomskega kriterija, izberemo najprimernejši koncept, kateri je obravnavan v nadaljevanju. Konceptu določimo potrebne parametre ozobja za nadaljnji izračun hitrosti, momentov, korenskih napetosti in bočnega tlaka po standardu SIST ISO 6336. Elementi pogona so ovrednoteni z analizo možnih napak in učinkov (FMEA). Izdelani so prototipni pogoni na podlagi ustrezne tehnične dokumentacije.

Title:Development of a gearbox for the roller shutter system
Abstract:
Master's thesis deals with the development phase of a roller shutter gearbox that enables automatic manipulation. The preface introduces problem background, gearbox application, technical process, description of the gearbox and main subassemblies in order to better understand gearbox operation. Different gearbox concepts are presented according to product specifications and the morphological matrix. The most suitable is chosen and later presented using the AHP method as well as technical and economic criteria. Further on the necessary parameters of the teeth are defined for calculation of gear's speed, torques, root stresses and flank pressure according to the SIST ISO 6336. Gearbox elements are characterized on the basis of the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Prototype gearboxes were produced according to appropriate technical drawings.
