Abstract

Title:Dynamic analysis of centrifugal clutch test rig with variable load
Abstract:
In this diploma thesis, we have defined response of centrifugal clutch test rig on a variable load. We have defined a function of variable load and analysed mechanical losses in belt transmission, bearings and centrifugal clutch. Rotation speed and torques on test rig are defined from a known load function, losses and centrifugal clutch parameters. We have developed an application which is capable of calculating rotational speed and torques of the driven shaft for arbitrary load.

Keywords:dynamic analysis, centrifugal clutch, flywheel, mechanical losses, variable load
