Abstract
S-zobniki so relativno nova vrsta ozobja, ki jih je prvič predstavil prof. dr. Hlebanja. V primerjavi z evolventnim, ki je v industriji najpogosteje uporabljano ima S-ozobje številne prednosti, kot so manjši specifični zdrs pri ubiranju in bolj ugoden konkavno-konveksni kontakt, posledica katerega so manjše bočne napetosti. Oblika zobnega boka je pri S-zobnikih določena s parametrom n, zato uporaba izračuna po standardu ni mogoča. Trdnostni preračuni za S-zobnike so bili do sedaj izvedeni z metodo končnih elementov, kar pa je časovno potraten postopek, ki obenem zahteva uporabo plačljivega programa. Naš cilj je zato bil razviti metodo, ki bo omogočala poenostavljeno vrednotenje korenskih in bočnih napetosti v polimernem zobniku. Najprej smo kreirali modele zobnikov z različnimi vrednostmi parametrov n in za različno število zob. Ustvarjene površinske modele smo nato uvozili v program za preračun z metodo končnih elementov, kjer smo izvedli preračun korenskih in bočnih napetosti. Pri razvoju poenostavljene metode smo izhajali iz enačb navedenih v priporočilu VDI 2736. Naš končni rezultat sta tako grafa, ki predstavljata koeficiente za različne oblike zobnih bokov, s katerimi lahko na enostaven in hiter način vrednotimo notranje napetosti v S-zobniku.

Title:Development of strength calculation model for S-gears
Abstract:
S-gears are relatively new type of gear that was first introduced by prof. dr. Hlebanja. Compared to involute gears, which are broadly used in the industry, S-gears have many advantages, such as smaller specific slip while running and favorable concave-convex contact, resulting in lower flank stress. The shape of the tooth flank for S-gears is determined by shape parameter n, thus the use of calculation according to the standard is not possible. Stress calculations for S-gears so far have been carried out with the use of finite element method, which is a time-consuming process, and it requires use of a payable program. That is why our goal was to develop a simplified method, which would allow us to evaluate tooth root and flank stress in polymer gears. First, we created surface models of gears with different values of parameters n and for different number of teeth. Created surface models were then imported into the finite element calculation program, where we performed calculation of tooth root and tooth flank stress. At the development of the simplified method, we proceeded from the equations from VDI 2736. Our result are graphs that represent coefficients for different shapes of tooth flanks, with which we can evaluate internal stress in S-gears.
