Abstract
Stopnjo napora le-teh smo izmerili z merilci srčnega utripa Polar Team2 Pro. Podatke smo zapisovali v preglednico Officeovega programa Excel.

Title:Female handball players` analysis of specific method-training stamina
Abstract:
It is very important to plan properly the choice of suitable work methods and practice so that young players can become resistant and obtain highly developed psycho-motoric competences which will help them to cope with the demands of fast, dynamic and extremely demanding handball game. On the basis of the articles, researches and opinions we completed the knowledge about the positive influence of different methods such as high-intensity interval practice and sequential sprinting on the development of the handballers' specific stamina. They are efficient as they improve every single individual's physiological variables including the heart beat. The player's specific stamina proves to be important where stamina in the special handball movements is concerned..Individual players overcome burdening with strain which is measured with the heart-beat frequence. In this Master's work measurements were done in the handball category of Senior girls and cadets aged between 13 and 16.On the basis of the analyses the method which causes most strain to the players came out. The tested players performed nine training units for each method of specific stamina development.Their strain was measured with the heart beat Polar Team2 Pro. All the data were put in the table and transferred in the Excel Office Programme.Graphic views of the final data were also designed. SPSS Programme helped us work out the basic statistic characteristics and differences between the heart-frequence heights among the three methods, inside nine practice units with every method. The three hypotheses we had were all rejected as we noticed that characteristic differences happen in the heart-beat value. The results prove that the method of the small-adjusted handball game regarding strain, is much more demanding compared with the high-intensity interval practice and sequel sprinting methods. Training units with the small-adjusted handball game method are more adequate in planning specific stamina practice in the younger players' categories.

Keywords:specific stamina, highly-intensity interval practice, method of sequential sprinting, small-adjasted handball games, relative heart-beat frequence
