Abstract
V okviru diplomskega dela rešujemo problematiko pregleda nad delom oddelka tehnične podpore, saj se za delo uporablja različne sisteme, kateri podatke shranjujejo v ločenih sistemih in podatkovnih bazah. Pregled celotnega dela oddelka je zaradi razpršenosti podatkov v ločenih sistemih nepregleden in zamuden. V diplomskem delu smo razvili programsko rešitev, ki omogoča pridobivanje podatkov iz podatkovnih baz in aplikacijskih programskih vmesnikov različnih sistemov, katere ustrezno obdela v uporabne informacije ključnih kazalnikov in le te nazorno prikaže v spletnem vmesniku. Vmesnik je izdelan za grafično in podatkovno prikazovanje določenih informacij, ki služijo vodjem oddelkov za optimalno razporejanje dela celotnega oddelka in obširen pregled ključnih kazalnikov oddelka. KPI prikazuje informacije iz različnih sistemov, saj združuje vse ključne podatke, ki so potrebni za pregled dela oddelka predvsem tehnične podpore.

Title:Key performance Indicator
Abstract:
In this thesis, we raised the issue of the overview of the departments' work process. In work process, several systems that store data in separate systems and databases are used. Due to data dispersion across different systems work process overview is unclear and time consuming. We developed software solution that enables gathering of data from databaes and application programming interfaces on several systems. Solution also features data analysis and its presentation as Key Indicators in web interface. Web interface is designed for graphic and data display of certain information that department managers can use for optimizing work process of the department on one and comprehensive overview of Key Indicators of the department on the other hand. KPI displays information from different systems as it combines all the key information needed to review the work of the Technical Support department in particular.
