Abstract
Diplomska naloga predstavlja različne pristope k optimizaciji obdelovalnih procesov. Odgovarja na potrebe industrije po čim večji učinkovitosti. Najprej je predstavljen pravilni pristop k izvajanju in vrednotenju meritev. Nato je predstavljeno Paretovo pravilo, ki pospeši ločevanje pridobljenih podatkov na pomembne in nepomembne. Z metodama statistična kontrola procesa ter Sigma šest zajemamo podatke na izdelanih kosih in jih kontroliramo, da se napake ne prenesejo v naslednje procese. Sledi predstavitev metode optimizacija v realnem času. Metodo izvajamo tako, da med procesom izdelave spremljamo vodilne parametre, in ko se nek parameter oddaljuje od želene vrednosti, proces takoj optimiramo. Nazadnje je predstavljena metoda analiza možnih napak in učinkov (ang. Failure Mode and Effects Analysis - FMEA) za pravočasno odkrivanje in preprečevanje napak. V fazi konstruiranja in izdelovalnega procesa izvedemo analizo možnih napak, na podlagi katere razvijemo konstrukcijo in določimo izdelovalne procese tako, da se vnaprej izognemo čim več potencialnim napakam.

Title:Presentation of processes for optimizing machining processes
Abstract:
The thesis presents different processes for optimizing machining processes. It responds to the needs of industry for maximum efficiency. The correct approach to measuring and analysing results is presented in the beginning. The Pareto principle which expedites the process of distinguishing between significant and insignificant data is described next. By statistical process control and Sigma six, data after each production process is collected and errors are prevented not to pass on to the following processes. Real time optimization is based on capturing data during production process and comparing parameters to desired value. If a parameter starts to deviate, we optimize the process. As the last one, FMEA method for detection and prevention of potential errors is presented. During construction and production process, we try to predict possible mistakes and try to avoid them in advance by choosing the right production operation.
