Abstract
V diplomski nalogi obravnavamo statično analizo in dimenzioniranje tipičnih konstrukcijskih elementov obstoječe večstanovanjske stavbe, z oznako A4, ki se nahaja na obrobju občine Domžale, v soseski Gaj Preserje. Nosilna konstrukcija stavbe je v celoti izdelana iz armiranega betona. Razporeditev konstrukcijskih elementov je v večji meri enaka po vseh etažah. Obravnavan horizontalni konstrukcijski element v nalogi je stropna plošča tipične etaže, vertikalni element pa nosilna stena s pripadajočo prirobnico, ki poteka od kletne do terasne etaže. Analizo stropne plošče izvedemo s pomočjo idealiziranega računskega modela v komercialnem programu SAP2000. Za izvedbo statične analize nosilne stene izdelamo računski model celotne konstrukcije v komercialnem programu ETABS. Geometrijske in materialne podatke, potrebne za analizo izbranih konstrukcijskih elementov, povzamemo iz arhitekturnih podlog. V statičnih analizah konstrukcije upoštevamo, da na konstrukcijo učinkujejo stalni vplivi, koristna obtežba, obtežba snega, obtežba vetra in potresni vpliv. V skladu z Evrokodi, na podlagi rezultatov analiz, izračunamo potrebno armaturo za prevzem projektnih obremenitev, ki se pojavijo v obravnavanih konstrukcijskih elementih. Ugotovimo, da je potrebna količina in razporeditev konstrukcijske armature primerljiva s podatki, navedenimi v projektni dokumentaciji. Na koncu, s pomočjo komercialnega programa Allplan, izdelamo armaturne načrte za oba analizirana elementa.

Title:Analysis and design of load-bearing elements of the multi-residential building A4 in Gaj Preserje : graduation thesis
Abstract:
In the thesis, we perform analysis and design of typical load-bearing elements from the multi-residential building named A4, located in Gaj Preserje, Domžale. Load-bearing elements of the analysed structure are composed entirely of reinforced concrete. Assembly of load-bearing elements is mostly identical across all stories. We analysed one typical horizontal load-bearing element – RC slab and one typical vertical element - RC wall. Self-weight, permanent and variable loads were considered in the analysis as well as the impact of wind, snow and earthquake load. Software SAP2000 was used to create idealised mathematical model and analysis of RC slab. For the vertical RC wall, we used software ETABS, with which we created a mathematical model of the entire building, to perform the analysis of the RC wall itself. From the results of the analyses, we designed reinforcement needed to provide adequate structural stability and safety according to Eurocodes. Using the software Allplan, reinforcement plans were created and are presented at the end of this thesis.
