Abstract
V diplomskem delu je predstavljen postopek razvoja ter konstruiranja stroja po naročilu kupca. Predstavljeni stroj je naprava za pravilno pozicioniranje zapiralnih pokrovčkov v stroj za polnjenje majoneze. Po pregledu ter analizi same namenske uporabe stroja bi bilo potrebno osredotočenje na pregled standardov ter direktiv za konstruiranje strojev ter naprav. S pomočjo konstruktorskih metod je bil osnovan časovni potek dela. Zatem so bili prek black-box metode razviti možni koncepti naročenega stroja. Vse koncepti so bili ovrednoteni. Tako se je pridobila najboljša mogoča rešitev za naš problem. Najbolje vrednoteni koncept je bil nato preračunan ter s pomočjo 3D-modelirnika Solidworks zmodeliran. V zaključku dela sta prikazana končni proizvod ter preračun stroškov celotnega projekta.

Title:Transport system for insertion jar lids into filling machine
Abstract:
In my thesis is shown the procedure of development and engineering of a custom build machine. In this case the machine is transportation device for right placement of jar lids into mayonnaise filling machine. After we looked over and analyze the sole purpose of the machine, we first reviewed the standards for machine building and construction. With models and guidelines for machine construction we established the time line of work. After that we used black-box method to determent various concept and solutions of our machine. Valued concepts showed which of the concepts is the most suitable for us. The highest ranked concept was then engineered and 3D modeled with program Solidworks. In the end of this thesis the end product is shown along with cost analysis.
