Abstract
V diplomski nalogi sem predstavila problem fluktuacije eksterno zaposlenih v podjetju Kadrovske storitve d. o. o., katerega primarna dejavnost je napotovanje delavcev na delo k drugim uporabnikom. Namen diplomske naloge je prikazati fluktuacijo kot pomemben problem, s katerim se soočajo vsa podjetja, analizirati njene dejavnike na praktičnem primeru in podati ugotovitve za zmanjšanje fluktuacije. V teoretičnem delu sem širše opredelila pojem fluktuacije in različne vrste, vzroke za njen nastanek in kakšne so njene posledice, tako za organizacijo kot posameznika, ter kako jo izračunamo. V nadaljevanju sem primerjala stopnjo fluktuacije v različnih panogah in opredelila položaj agencijskih delavcev v Sloveniji. V empiričnem delu pa sem na praktičnem primeru podjetja Kadrovske storitve d. o. o. naredila analizo fluktuacije eksterno zaposlenih za leti 2016 in 2017, ki sem jo v nadaljevanju razmejila na pozitivno in negativno za podjetje in eksterno zaposlene. Na podlagi razgovorov v fokusnih skupinah s skrbniki sem analizirala vzroke, na koncu pa podala mnenje o učinkovitosti teh ukrepov in predlagane izboljšave.

Title:Employee turnover of external employees in company Kadrovske storitve d. o. o.
Abstract:
In my thesis, I described the problem of employee turnover for external employees in the company Kadrovske storitve d.o.o., whose primary activity is to hire out workers to work for other user companies. The purpose of the thesis is to show employee turnover as an important problem faced by all companies, analyze its factors on a practical case and to provide findings to reduce employee turnover. In the theoretical part, I defined employee turnover and various types, the causes for its formation, the consequences for organizations or employees and how we calculate it. In the following part, I compared the level of fluctuation in different sectors and defined the position of agency workers in Slovenia. In the empirical part, I made an analysis of the fluctuation for company Kadrovske stortive d.o.o. including year 2016 in 2017 for external employees, which I divided on positive and negative for the company and employees. Based on interviews with consultants for employees and companies, I analyzed the causes and gave an opinion on the effectiveness of these measures in the proposed improvements.
