Abstract
Za uspeh zagonskih podjetij je ključen kratek inovacijski čas, ki ga je možno doseči s pospeševanjem. Vse več raziskovalcev proučuje značilnosti in vsebine pospeševalnih programov ter govori o precejšnji heterogenosti podjetniških pospeševalnikov na tem področju, le redki pa proučujejo, koliko so v programih vključeni različni modeli, metode ali prakse, ki so v literaturi predstavljeni kot ustrezni za razvoj in uvajanje novih produktov v pospešenih zagonskih podjetjih. V diplomskem delu na konkretnem primeru ABC pospeševalnika ugotavljam, katere metode, modele ali prakse vključuje njegov program in kako je ta vplival na proces razvoja ali uvajanja novih produktov v pospešenih zagonskih podjetjih. Teoretska izhodišča na tem področju in ugotovitve preteklih raziskav, ki so proučevale programe podjetniških pospeševalnikov, razširjam z ugotovitvami kvalitativne raziskave, izvedene s pomočjo delno strukturiranih intervjujev z enajstimi predstavniki alumni podjetij ABC pospeševalnika. Ugotovitve kažejo, da ABC pospeševalnik za razvoj oziroma uvajanje novih produktov v zagonskih podjetjih nima splošno sprejetega okvira, kljub temu pa vključuje številne že uveljavljene metode, modele in prakse ter pospešenim podjetjem tako med programom kot kasneje ponuja motivacijsko in podporno okolje, široko podjetniško znanje in poslovne povezave, ki na te procese posredno ali neposredno vplivajo.

Title:New Product/Service Development and Launch in Start-up, Enrolled in the ABC Accelerator Program
Abstract:
It is of great importance for start-up companies to shorten their innovation time, which can be achieved by acceleration. More and more researchers report on heterogeneity among business accelerators regarding the characteristics of acceleration programs, while little is known from these findings about the use of methods, models or practices that are recognised in the literature as being suitable for the new product development/launch processes in the accelerated start-ups. This thesis explores which ones are used in the ABC Accelerator program and how this program effected the product development/launch process in the accelerated start-ups. In the thesis the theoretical background in this field and past researches on other business accelerator programs are broadened with qualitative research findings, carried out by half-structured interviews with eleven ABC alumni members. Research shows that although ABC Accelerator does not accept any general frame for new product development/launch for accelerating start-ups, its program includes many already established methods, models and practices. It also offers motivational and supporting environment, wide-range entrepreneurial knowledge and contacts, which can directly or indirectly effect those processes.
