Abstract

Title:Motivation of employees in wellness centers: the aspect of internal marketing
Abstract:
Motivation is a force that directs and maintains behavior and factors are those that influence people to behave in a certain way. Motivated people achieve higher efficiency, as they are willing to overcome the effort and do more than they are expected to. People are the company‘s most valuable assets as they are also the most demanding to manage. Internal marketing is a holistic concept that is socially constructed and necessarily linked to the company and its essence, as it plays a major role in all the functions and operations of the organization. Well-established internal marketing, excellent organizational climate and empowerment of employees results in satisfied employees, which reflects in the well-delivered services, returning guests and successful operations. With qualitative research (interviews with employees in companies) I will give answers to questions; to what extent do wellness center managers realize that the organizational climate and empowerment influence the motivation of employees and to what extent managers are aware of the importance of internal marketing and its presence in the entire company and how it strengthens it.

Keywords:motivation, internal marketing, empowerment, organizational climate.
