Abstract
V diplomski nalogi je obravnavano razmeščanje opreme v oddelku stiskalnic in oblikovanje najprimernejšega toka materiala glede na dane omejitve. Pravilna razmestitev opreme v proizvodnem obratu omogoča krajše pretočne čase izvedbe naročil, zmanjšanje zapravljanja zaradi odvečnega transporta ter zmanjšanje medfaznih zalog. Za prostorsko razmestitev opreme je na voljo več različnih metod. V nalogi sta podrobno predstavljeni in uporabljeni Schmigallova trikotna metoda in metoda zamenjave parov. Dobljeni rezultati so dodatno analizirani s programskim orodjem visTABLE. V zaključku naloge so prikazani rezultati različnih variant razmestitve opreme po izbranih metodah in ocena primernosti uporabe navedenih metod glede na različne, predvsem prostorske omejitve razmestitve opreme v prostor.

Title:Equipment layout design of press department
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the equipment layout design of press department and creation of the most suitable material flow according to the given limitations. The right equipment layout design at the production facility enables shorter flows of orders, reduction of money waste due to excess transport and reduction of inter-phase stocks. For spatial equipment layout design is available a number of different methods. In this work, the Schmigalla triangular method and the pairwise exchange method are presented in detail. The obtained results are further analysed with the visTABLE software tool. The conclusions of the task presents the results of various variants of equipment layout design according to the selected methods and an assessment of the suitability of the use of these methods with regard to various, in particular, the space constraints of the equipment layout design in the production facility space.
