Abstract
V obstoječe Domelove EC motorje se vgrajuje rotorje, ki imajo med gredjo in pestom iz duroplasta zalito jekleno pušo. Ta ima funkcijo zagotavljanja krčnega naseda v povezavi z gredjo. Zaradi njene relativno visoke cene smo se odločili, da bomo tesni ujem nadomestili z lepljenim spojem med gredjo in samim pestom iz duroplasta. Uporabili smo dve različni vrsti lepil, izdelali tri različne korake vijačnic na gredeh in tri različne oblike vijačnic na njih. Po lepljenju in porušitvi spojev smo z metodo načrtovanja preskusov ugotovili, da na trdnost spoja najbolj vpliva vrsta uporabljenega lepila.

Title:
Evaluation of an adhesive bond between a steel shaft and a duroplast hub
Abstract:
Domel's EC motors use rotors which consist of a steel hub molded between a steel shaft and a duroplast hub. Its function is to provide a shrink fit in conjunction with the shaft. Because of its relatively high price we decided to create an adhesive bond between the shaft and the duroplast hub, eliminating the steel hub. For an adhesive joint we used two different sorts of adhesives, we manufactured three different helix pitches and three different helix shapes on the shafts. After bonding shafts and duroplast hubs together, we used the design of experiments method to determine that the strength of an adhesive joint is mostly influenced by the sort of individually used adhesive.
