Abstract
V magistrskem delu so obravnavane zgradba, simulacije, delovanje in izdelava aktivnega večnivojskega NPC razsmernika. Prestavljeni so posamezni segmenti vezja, konstrukcijski ukrepi in modifikacije. V nadaljevanju sledi opis krmilnega programa. Tu so predstavljena peklopna stanja tranzistorjev, potek programa in implementacija regulatorja za vzdrževanje konstantne napetosti srednje točke.

Title:Simulation and experimental model of three-level inverter
Abstract:
The master thesis examines structure, simulations, principles of operation, development, and assembly of an active multilevel NPC inverter. Firstly, an overview of voltage converting devices devices is presented, with an emphasis on topologies of multilevel inverters. Different principles of triggering and control of inverters, as well as the triggering of a three-level NPC inverter is described. In the central part, the development of a simulation model was first examined, which served as the basis for the physical construction of the device. Following this, a description of inverter development and assembly is given. Separately are described circuit segments, structural measures, and the post-development modifications. Furthermore, a description of control program is provided. Triggering states of the utilized transistors are presented along with the program flow and implementation of the control algorithm, which is needed for maintaining a constant voltage of the DC link midpoint. Finally, simulation results are presented through performance evaluation, given for the entire power spectrum. Efficiency of the converter is presented at different operating conditions. Furthermore, results of preliminary measurements are provided to demonstrate the operation of the developed converter.
