Abstract
Vzdrževanje letal zahteva visoke standarde in preizkuse delovanja varnostnih sistemov letal. Naprava za testiranje pomožnega električnega napajanja na letalu poganja zračno gnani električni generator letala s pomočjo hidravličnega motorja, ki mora zagotoviti 8000 vrt/min in moč 13,5 kW. Generirana električna energija poganja nujno potrebne sisteme na letalu v primeru izpada primarnega vira napajanja. Diplomsko delo vsebuje preračun parametrov hidravličnega sistema testne naprave ter prednosti in slabosti v povezavi z izkoristki. Primerjana je črpalka s konstantno in spremenljivo iztisnino, moč, tlak in pretok.

Title:Air driven generator test machine
Abstract:
Aviation has high standards. This applies also to Aircraft maintenance practices, which includes testing safety systems. Air driven generator test machine powers plane air driven back up generator. Minimum requirements for powering the generator are 8000 rpm and 13,5 kW. The electricity produced powers planes essential systems in case of primary source failure. In work we manage to calculate the test machine for flow, pressure and efficiency. We compared two types of hydraulic pumps, constant flow and variable flow pump on the same test machine.
