Abstract
Najbolj pogost preizkus za spoznavanje obnašanja materialov pod obremenitvijo je natezni preizkus. Pri obremenjevanju se deformirata preizkušanec, kakor tudi univerzalna testirna naprava (UTM). Konstrukcija naprave mora biti dovolj toga, da je vpliv deformacij naprave na meritve preizkušanca minimalen. V programu Abaqus so bili narejeni linijski in volumski modeli konstrukcije naprave. Z uporabo MKE so bili opravljeni trdnostni preračuni konstrukcije UTM. Trdnostni preračun je potrdil ustrezno togost naprave za izvajanje nateznih preizkusov do 30 kN. Izvedba mostov je prilagojena za pritrditev različnih nastavkov merilnih celic, oprijemal in ostalih dodatkov. Zaradi splošnosti je UTM primerna za širok nabor različnih preizkusov.

Title:Stress analysis of universal testing machine
Abstract:
The most common and general test used to understand the behavior of materials under load is a tensile test. When loaded, the specimen is deformed as well as UTM. The construction of the device must be stiff enough to ensure that the influence of UTM deformations on the specimen is minimal. In program Abaqus, many linear and volume model of the device construction has been made. Using the FEM, UTM strength analyses were performed. Strength analyses confirmed the rigidity of the device for performing tensile tests up to 30 kN. Both, middle beam and lower beam are adapted to attach different mounts of measuring cells, grips and other accessories. Because of its generality, UTM is suitable for a wide range of different tests.
