Program of the Norwegian Financial Mechanism was established in Slovenia in 2004, when the first perspective was implemented (2004-2009). Within the Program NFM there was combined inter-organizational and international partnership cooperation. In the period from 2009 to 2014, when the second perspective was implemented, 26 projects were financed in the field of inequalities of health promotion, prevention and reduction of lifestyle-related diseases, improvement of mental health and raising gender equality, work and private life. Public sector cooperated with public institutions and non-governmental organizations, where work procedures differ from the point of view of public sector administrative procedures, hierarchy, method of use of technology and bureaucracy.
With my master’s thesis I would like to explore how the partnership within the Program of the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2009-2014 took place, and to find out what where the challenges that they faced in the way that everyday work was influenced by dislocation and in addition I would like to find out what advantages brings inter-organizational and international partnerships collaboration and what are the disadvantages of it. I will use deductive method as well as description method, also I will compile a questionnaire for my own research, which I will then analyze using the SNA method and graphically illustrate the links between partners.
