Abstract
Diplomska naloga obravnava zasnovo procesa strege pri injekcijskem brizganju izdelka – sklopke mešalnika, katere del je kovinski vstavek. Slednjega je potrebno ustrezno vstaviti v kalup (orodje) in ga zabrizgati. V prvem delu so za potrebe razumevanja predstavljene splošne definicije in lastnosti avtomatizacije in strege, predstavljene pa so tudi osnove injekcijskega brizganja. Prav tako je predstavljen obstoječi ročni proces in njegova problematika. V drugem delu naloga obravnava zasnovo strege robota, korake izdelave prijemala in pred tem njihovih konceptov, testiranje strege ter njeno upravljanje v času normalne proizvodnje. V zadnjem delu naloge so prikazane predvidene in dejanske procesne napake ter njihove rešitve. Rezultat zasnove avtomatizirane strege je večja produktivnost in povečanje kakovosti izdelka.

Title:Service design of the injection molding process of the mixer coupling
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with serving process by injection of a plastic product – a mixer clutch that contains metal inclusion. Before injection the metal inclusion has to be properly positioned inside the mould. The first part of the paper describes general definitions and properties of automation, serving and basics of injection process. Additionally, current manual serving process and its downfalls are presented. The concept of automated serving, steps of the gripper design, testing of the serving process and its managing during regular production are presented in the second part of the diploma thesis. In the last part the anticipated, realistic errors and their solutions are described. The result of the automation is the higher productivity and the increase of product quality.
