Abstract

Title:Development of proportional electromagnet for water hydraulics
Abstract:
In today’s era of increasing ecological awareness, water hydraulics is an indispensable technological source. Despite the small lag of water hydraulics behind oil hydraulics, development of new key components is very important for its use. In this paper, we have improved the concept of an already existing proportional water electromagnet, which we have then also made. We developed five different electromagnet concepts, whereby we managed to achieve greater thrust force than with oil proportional electromagnet. On the sample with the lowest measured thrust force we have demonstrated twice as large pressure durability than that which is needed for the functioning of the proportional directional valves in water hydraulics.
