Abstract
Asfaltna vozišča v Sloveniji so večinoma preobremenjena in premalo vzdrževana s tem pa imamo posledično poškodovane ceste, nekatere manj nekatere bolj. Asfaltne voziščne konstrukcije so takoj po izgradnji izpostavljene prometnim obremenitvam in klimatskim pogojem. Diplomsko delo raziskuje na kakšen način izdelati trajnejše asfaltne voziščne konstrukcije. S pregledom tipičnih poškodb na voziščih ugotovimo njihove vzroke in posledice. V nadaljevanju pregledamo možnosti armiranih asfaltnih voziščnih konstrukcij. Razdelimo jih na z vlakni armirane asfaltne voziščne konstrukcije in asfaltna voziščna konstrukcija ojačana z geosintetiki. Sledi pregled razpoložljivih materialov in njihovih karakteristik, aplikacijo v asfaltnih voziščnih konstrukcijah, teste in preizkuse z rezultati, način vgradnje in potrebne tehnologije ter uporabo v Sloveniji in drugod po svetu.

Title:Reinforced asphalt pavement structures : graduation thesis
Abstract:
Asphalt roads in Slovenia are mostly overloaded and insufficiently maintained so as a consequence we have damaged roads, some less some more. Asphalt pavement structures are immediately exposed to traffic loads and climatic conditions after construction. The thesis explores how to make durable asphalt pavement structures. By examining the typical damage of pavement structures, we find out their causes and consequences. In the following, we review the possibilities of reinforced asphalt pavement structures. We distribute them on fiber reinforced asphalt pavement structures and asphalt pavement structure reinforced with geosynthetics. The following is an overview of available materials and their characteristics, application in asphalt pavement structures, tests with results, method of installation and necessary technologies and use in Slovenia and elsewhere in the world.
