Razvoj namiznega laserskega CNC rezalnika

Cilj diplomskega dela je bil razvoj, izdelava in preizkus laserskega CNC rezalnika, ki je sposoben rezati pločevino do debeline 2mm. Uporabljen je bil vlakenski laser moči 400W. Sistem je bil zasnovan tako da je možno vertikalno prilagajati višino glede na debelino pločevine. Za vodenje laserskega žarka je uporabljena pozicionirna miza, povezana s krmilnikom ter nato z osebnim računalnikom. Rezultat diplomskega dela je CNC laserski rezalnik, ki je prilagojen potrebam laboratorija in je enostaven za uporabo. Sistem omogoča razrez jeklene pločevine do debeline 2mm, s pomiki do 7000 mm/min. Širina reza znaša 0,12 mm.

• Title: Development of desktop CNC Laser cutter

Abstract

Goal of diploma is to develop, make and try CNC laser cutter capable of cutting sheet metal of thickness 2 mm. 400W fiber laser was used. System is designed in that way that it is possible to adjust height based on different sheet thickness. For guidance of laser beam, positioning table is used, connected with controller and personal computer. The result of diploma is CNC laser cutter adapted for needs of laboratory and is easy to use. System is capable to cut steel sheet thickness of up to 2 mm, with speeds up to 7000 mm/min. Width of cut is 0, 12 mm.
