Abstract

Title:
Electromagnetic transport conveyor
Abstract:
Each industry has a part in its production system for roofing and assembly. Here the components and assemblies of a product are transported between the measuring, component or packing sites to obtain the final complete, geometrically shaped assembly or product. The transport of all this material is carried out in many different ways on many different ways, for example, conveyor belts, pneumatic feeders, cushions, funnels and various other dosing systems and grippers. The purpose of the work is to develop and produce a transportable, dosing system based on electromagnetic force that quickly and ecologically clean transports or supplies metal components (screws, nuts, nails, pins ...) during individual assembly operations. Complete operations have been carried out from system design, search and purchase of parts, assembling the test facility, to final testing transport components with different shapes and materials.
