Abstract
V magistrski nalogi sta opisana teoretično ozadje ter praktična izvedba nadgradnje programa VIM.NET na različico 2.0. Dodani so bili izravnava proste mreže, izravnava vpete mreže s podano natančnostjo določitve višin reperjev, samodejno branje različnih oblik vhodnih datotek, samodejno upoštevanje popravkov nivelmanske late, shramba podatkov o kalibracijah lat in trajna shramba rezultatov izravnav. Različica 2.0 se z namizja računalnikov seli v oblak, saj s tem poveča svojo dostopnost. Tehnologija .NET, ki poganja nov program, je v letih od nastanka prve različice doživela renesanso na področjih oblikovanja uporabniških vmesnikov, podpore za splet, hitrosti, stabilnosti ter predvsem orodij za izvajanje kompleksnejših matematičnih izračunov. VIM.NET 2.0 izkorišča ta napredek za omogočanje enostavne, pa vendar transparentne in nadzorovane obdelave podatkov meritev višinskih mrež. Za povečanje uporabnosti programa vsebuje naloga tudi navodila za uporabo spletnega vmesnika.

Title:
VIM.NET 2.0: Increasing the level of automatization when processing data acquired using levelling techniques in surveying : master thesis
Abstract:
In the master’s thesis you will find the theoretical background and a description of the implementation of the successor to VIM.NET, VIM.NET 2.0. Added functionalities include adjusting a free network, adjusting a fixed network while passing known divergences of the given elevation points, automatic parsing of new input file formats, automatic correction for staff errors, staff calibration data storage and permanent adjustment result storage. Version 2.0 was moved from desktop computers to the cloud, increasing its availability. The .NET technology powering the new program achieved a renaissance in the fields of user interface design, web support, speed, stability and more importantly in the tools for handling complex mathematical calculations. VIM.NET 2.0 uses this progress to enable a simple, yet transparent and controlled method for elevation data processing. To increase the final program’s usability, a user guide to the application is included in the thesis as well.
