Abstract
Vedno pogostejše je zaposlovanje obeh partnerjev, s tem pa se tudi začnejo pojavljati težave, kako uskladiti poklicno in družinsko življenje. Mladi si želijo ustvariti družino, vendar pa je pri tem prisotnega preveč strahu, da za njo ne bi imeli dovolj časa zaradi službe ali pa celo, da ne bi imeli dovolj financ. Posamezniki oz. mladi pari se začnejo srečevati z vprašanji, kdo bo pazil na otroke? Kako uskladili delovni čas z obveznostmi, ki jih ima otrok v vrtcu oz. šoli? Ali nam bo uspelo priti finančno skozi mesec? Kdo bo skrbel za bolne starše? Večina mladih ima jasne želje ter trdno postavljene cilje za prihodnost. Vsi si želimo trden partnerski odnos, dobre delovne pogoje ter zaposlitev za nedoločen čas ter navsezadnje tudi lastno stanovanje. Namen diplomskega dela je bil proučiti dve področji človekovega življenja in sicer poklicno življenje ter družinsko življenje zaposlenih v Zdravstvenem domu Hrastnik. Želelo se je ugotoviti, kakšno je stanje na teh dveh področjih ter kako uspešno zaposleni usklajujejo obe področji. Cilji diplomskega dela so bili ugotoviti, ali obstajajo razlike med moškimi in ženskami glede zadovoljstva z delovnim časom, ugotoviti, ali imajo zaposleni občutek, da zaradi delovnega časa trpi družinsko življenje, ugotoviti, ali so zaposleni zadovoljni z ukrepi pri usklajevanju družinskega in poklicnega življenja ter na podlagi ugotovitev podati predloge za izboljšanje stanja na področju usklajevanje družinskega in poklicnega življenja. Raziskava je bila izvedena z metodo anketiranja. Ugotovljeno je bilo, da večini zaposlenim primanjkuje časa za družino ter da ima več kot polovica zaposlenih vsaj enkrat tedensko težave pri usklajevanju dela in družine. Večina zaposlenih ima otroke v varstvu v vrtcu ali pa pri starih starših. Večina zaposlenih pa je zadovoljna tudi z delovnimi prostori ter z vodstvom organizacije. Za boljše zadovoljstvo zaposlenih bi organizacija morala pridobiti certifikat družini prijazno podjetje, kar pa se je v raziskavi ugotovilo, da zaenkrat v organizaciji o tem še ne razmišljajo.

Title:ANALYSIS COORDINATING FAMILY LIFE AND PROFESSIONAL CAREER IN A SELECTED HEALTH HOME
Abstract:
The employment of both partners is becoming more and more frequent, as well as difficulties in combining professional and family life. Young people want to create a family, but there are too many fears of not having enough time due to work or even not having enough money. Individuals or young couples start to question themselves who will look after the children? How to adjust the working time with the obligations of a child in the kindergarten or school? Will they manage to get financially through the month? Who will care for sick parents? Most young people have clear wishes and firmly set goals for the future. We all want a strong partnership, good working conditions and permanent employment, and ultimately, our own housing. The diploma thesis was to study two areas of human life: professional and family life of employees at the Health Center Hrastnik. The goal was to examine the situation in these two areas and how successful employees are combining both. The aim of the diploma thesis was to determine whether there are differences between men and women regarding satisfaction with working time, whether the employees feel that due to working hours their family life suffers, whether the employees are satisfied with the measures in combining family and professional life, and to make suggestions on the basis of the findings to improve the situation in the field of combining family and professional life. The empirical part was carried out using the survey method. The results states that the majority of employees lacked time for their family and that more than half of the employees had difficulties in combining work and family at least once a week. Most employees have children in kindergarten or with their parents. Most of them are also satisfied with the working premises and with the leadership of the organization. For better employee satisfaction the organization would have to obtain a family-friendly company certificate, which based on the survey the organization is not planning yet.
