Abstract
Pregledala in preštudirala sem različno slovensko in tujo literaturo in zakonodajo z obravnavanega področja.

Title:THE PRESENCE OF MOBBING IN SLOVENIAN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION
Abstract:
We live in a time when work and time spent at work represent a very important part of our lives. There we are exposed to a wide range of factors and challenges. It is also common that people at work are victims of mobbing and other forms of harassment. In my master's thesis, I focused on researching the presence of mobbing in Slovenian public administration. I wanted to know the extent to which it is actually present. I reviewed and studied various Slovene and foreign literature and legislation from the subject area. I have been looking for authorities and institutions to which complaints can be made in the presence of mobbing. I also reviewed various existing studies. In order to make an international comparison, I presented some examples of mobbing, which happened in Republic of Serbia. By carrying out my own research, I presented eight real examples of mobbing in the Slovenian public administration. I conducted the survey with the help of an online questionnaire, which I published on various social networks. The results show that the victim's work position is usually subordinate. I also found that people are well aware of the concept of mobbing and they mostly realize when it is present. I realized that the victims of mobbing usually do not speak up, report the perpetrator or use legal aid. By international comparison, I have found that the number of mobbing cases is enormous in both Slovenia and Serbia. The results I have obtained on the basis of the research can serve as a basis for various further researches and could help the heads of individual organizations to take the necessary measures to limit and prevent mobbing. I also think that many changes are needed to improve the current situation.
