Abstract
Magnetna tesnila so postala nepogrešljiv del v hladilnih in zamrzovalnih aparatih. Zagotavljajo optimalno tesnjenje kot tudi silo potrebno za odpiranje vrat aparata. Med slednjima namreč vedno vlada kompromis. Cilj naloge je eksperimentalno pomeriti lastnosti dejanskega magnetnega tesnila (magnetno silo, modul elastičnosti, Poissonov koeficient) ter nato izvesti simulaciji ter analizi tesnjenja in odpiranja. Pri tem so upoštevani vsi morebitni obremenitveni slučaji. Analizirali smo kontaktni tlak med tesnilom in vrati v zaprtem stanju ter potrebno odpiralno silo ter prikazali odpiralno karakteristiko.

Title:Simulation of the operation of the magnetic seal of the refrigerating appliance
Abstract:
Magnetic seals have become an indispensable part in refrigerating and freezing appliances. They ensure optimal sealing as well as the force required to open the door of the appliance. There is always a compromise between them. The goal of this final thesis is to experimentally measure the properties of the actual magnetic seal (magnetic force, elastic modulus, Poisson's ratio) and then simulate sealing and opening. In this case all possible load cases are relevant. We analyzed the contact pressure between the seal and the door in the closed state and the required opening force and also we showed opening characteristics.
